- Pool reaches 89F and Spa 102F. Remember if heating fee is not paid, spa will not be heated. It is run from 9 am to 9 pm.
- Who can we call if we have any concerns or questions during our stay?
- Our property manager is available during your stay for anything you need. You can contact us via email anytime too.
- Which months are recommended to have the heating system?
- We recommend heating the pool from October 31st to March 31st. But you can ask for heating all year round.

- We have partner with a rental company that has strollers, cribs, baby bouncing chairs, monitor, car seats, grill rental, etc etc. Please let us know what you need, so we can quote as soon as you book and reserve, if we have availability.

- When is trash pick up?
- Trash is picked up everyday in our homes. Please put all trash secured in 13 liter bags in the trash can/bench outside of the house before 7 am each day. Please close the can/bench properly to avoid animals having a food party!
