Perfect for family gatherings, the outdoor space features a private swimming pool, spillover spa, and a beautiful garden view, making it the ideal spot to unwind and soak up the Florida sunshine. The home also boasts a themed games room with pretend play, a corn hole set, a ping pong table, air hockey, and an upper loft with a PS4 console for endless entertainment.

Just 12 minutes from Walt Disney World, this home is located in the sought-after Encore Resort at Reunion.

Important Notes:
Pool heating is available for an additional fee and is recommended from November to March. If you want the spa heated, you must add pool heat to your reservation.
All pool/spa heating requests must be made prior to check-in and apply for the entire stay.

Cleaning Protocols:
Enhanced cleaning procedures ensure guest safety, including professional disinfecting and laundering of linens at recommended temperatures.
Early check-in and late check-out are currently unavailable to maintain cleaning standards.

WATER PARK & GYM NOT AVAILABLE:
Please note that the Encore Water Park and Gym are unavailable. However, we’ve lowered nightly rates to pass along the savings to you, eliminating daily resort fees for the water park. Enjoy free access to the resort’s volleyball, soccer, and basketball courts, as well as the bar and restaurant.
