This luxurious 8-bedroom, 5-bathroom vacation rental is situated in the prestigious Retreat at Champions Gate Golf Resort. It has been meticulously designed and equipped to comfortably host large groups or families, accommodating up to 16 guests (adults and children over 2 years old). The property features multiple living areas, including a cozy family TV loft, a game room, and a movie theater.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare delightful meals during your stay. Enjoy the beautiful Florida weather in the outdoor living space, which includes a screened private pool and spillover spa, along with a BBQ that offers golf course views. For those needing to work or study, a desk is available in the Master bedroom.

Inviting seating area featuring a sectional, two armchairs, and a large flat-screen TV.
KITCHEN
Fully equipped kitchen with a 4-seat island breakfast bar, including a refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, toaster oven, and Crock Pot. All necessary utensils, cookware, dinnerware, and glassware are provided.
DINING
Table is set to accommodate 12 guests.
ENTERTAINMENT
Every bedroom includes a 43" flat-screen TV and access to complimentary Wi-Fi and cable. The main living area boasts a 65" flat-screen TV. The upper loft area features a 55" flat-screen TV with an Xbox (log in with your account), a sectional, and a bean bag. The movie theater area includes an 85" flat-screen TV, seven leather recliners, and two bean bags. The themed game room offers table tennis, air hockey, foosball, and two arcade machines, along with a newly added playhouse and a pretend vet station and kitchen for young guests.
OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE
Enjoy a private pool and spillover spa (heating available for an additional fee), four sun loungers, 8-seat patio table, and a sectional seating area. A BBQ with four burners is also included (local propane available; guests are responsible for refills). Ceiling fans ensure comfort, and a pool fence provides safety.
Pool heating is available for a fee and is recommended from November to April. Spa heating requires pool heating to be added to your reservation. All heating requests must be made prior to check-in and will apply for the duration of your stay.
CLEANING PROTOCOLS:
Guest safety is our top priority.
We have strict cleaning protocols, this is why early check-in and late check-out are not available.
All linens and towels undergo a wash and dry cycle at the necessary temperatures to eliminate viruses.
Surfaces and appliances are thoroughly disinfected before each stay.
Our property management’s cleaning staff and inspectors are professionally trained.
Centrally located in Champions Gate, we are just off I-4, near Publix, Walgreens, and various shopping and dining options.
